We’re a team of engineers and product managers from Silicon Valley with experience at companies like Scale AI, Twitter, and Snapchat. We are excited to take the best of what we have learned from the most forward-thinking organizations in tech and apply that expertise to the MSP industry.

Once we partner, we work with you to determine the best way to incorporate Titan’s proprietary AI and RPA technology into your workflow. We dive into data to determine where your team is spending the most amount of time and also build custom solutions to make your lives easier.

The MSP industry has gone through multiple transitions. MSP 1.0 was Managed Hardware & Resale shops. MSP 2.0 was the MSP business as we know it today - true recurring revenue managed services. MSP 3.0 will be an MSP powered by software, rather than people.
